Founded in 2009, The Fit Train aims to bridge the gap between Personal Training and Exercise Classes. We combine the scientific, individual approach to exercise that you get from Personal Training, with the fun environment of working alongside likeminded people.

The days we run will give you a variety of different training methods, covering all aspects of fitness, and are designed with enjoyment in mind! Fun, innovative ideas are used to develop functional exercises that bring about incredible great results...

We aim to think outside the box! Experienced trainers explain every aspect of the sessions so you understand the purpose of each exercise you do.

You will leave us not only with a healthier body, but with a better understanding of exercise!

Fit Train is a great day out suitable for all ages, fitness and ability. They adapted sessions to suit our personal level of fitness. I have attended both the full day session and the half day session (won’t be my last) and would heartily recommend both. The trainer(s) make the day a lot of fun and have a lot of knowledge and expertise they are dying to share with you!
