Exercise Sessions:
Below is a list of sessions that we use on The Fit Train*. These sessions are all suitable for people of all abilities!
Beginners and experienced trainers alike will benefit from each activity.

One of the oldest known training methods is making a comeback in the fitness world, used by circus strongmen to display strength, and by Hollywood stars to stay in shape. Kettlebells are versatile, fun to use, and are an incredibly efficient way of toning your physique.

‘Loco-motion’ , or ‘crazy-movement’ sessions use basic body movements, with a twist! This session will keep your heart rate high while strengthening important muscles in your body and improving your balance and co-ordination.

The yoga-stretch class is an excellent way of toning your body while improving your flexibility. A class run to cool your body down slowly at the end of the day, leaving you feeling great and helping to prevent achy muscles.

Improving your core stability will help with your posture, it can help to prevent lower back pain, and will tighten your mid-section. Your core sessions here on The Fit Train will incorporate functional moves and improvements can be made almost immediately.

These sessions are FUN! Games that will ensure you are burning calories like crazy!

Functional lifting sessions are our version of resistance training. Adding resistance to movements will strengthen and tone your physique. Furthermore, we use techniques that will help to improve your posture and strengthen your joints, helping to prevent injury and conditions like lower back pain in the future.
