Hi guys,

After years working with a variety of clients and developing new and effective training methods, I have launched The Fit Train. The Fit Train runs a range of group personal training days and courses, and offers a range of individual training related services.

My aim is to introduce people of all ages and abilities to my exercise philosophy and a range of different training methods you are unlikely to come across in a gym environment. Above all, I aim to make each session enjoyable and productive.

With 8 years experience Personal Training, Arram is an intelligent trainer with a creative mind. He specialises in specific cases, training clients with special conditions from high blood pressure to pregnancy to Olympic athletes! In his own time Arram is a two time World Champion in Powerlifting!

Joshua Fletcher

A trainer that always aims to make exercise different, and fun! A great personality backed up with REPs level 3 qualifications. Josh will have you working hard without you even realising it.

 

Emily Pagoni

Emily Pagoni

Forever smiling, Em has years experience Personal Training and teaching classes, everything from body pump to yoga. She has specially adapted a range of sessions to suit passengers on The Fit Train.

Fit Train is a great day out suitable for all ages, fitness and ability. They adapted sessions to suit our personal level of fitness. I have attended both the full day session and the half day session (won’t be my last) and would heartily recommend both. The trainer(s) make the day a lot of fun and have a lot of knowledge and expertise they are dying to share with you!
