Hi guys,
After years working with a variety of clients and developing new and effective training methods, I have launched The Fit Train. The Fit Train runs a range of group personal training days and courses, and offers a range of individual training related services.
My aim is to introduce people of all ages and abilities to my exercise philosophy and a range of different training methods you are unlikely to come across in a gym environment. Above all, I aim to make each session enjoyable and productive.
