The Express Train is perfect for those who can’t commit an entire day. With 2 hours of Group Personal Training you are sure to get a great workout!
After your health assessment you will be taken through 4 short sessions of different exercise techniques. Each session covers a different element of fitness, leaving you with a complete and balanced workout.
The Express Train is suitable for people with some exercise experience. All levels of fitness are catered for, and we aim to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
Each session will run for 30 minutes with short water breaks as and when required.
