The Fit Train Day is an incredibly effective way of achieving your goals! Not only does it provide you with an entire day of exercise, but also an education on all aspects of fitness and a quality aftercare package to ensure you continue down the path to a healthier you!
Some experience with exercise is preferential for a Fit Train Day, but not a necessity. As many of the sessions we run will incorporate movements that you are not currently familiar with, plenty of time will be spent on technique.
Each session will typically run for 45-60 minutes, with frequent water breaks.
A typical Fit Train Day runs as follows
- Meet
- Health Assessment
- Core Session
- Loco-Motion (shorter session)
- Functional Lifting
- Lunch
- Nutritional Seminar and Individual Consultations
- Fitness Game (shorter session)
- Kettlebells
- Yoga / Stretch
In addition to the day’s activities, passengers on The Fit Train Day will receive a free t-shirt, bag, and water bottle.
