The Pain Train is a hardcore version of the Express Train. It will generally last 2-3hours with frequent water breaks. What you get on the Pain Train is harder exercises, less rest, and our fitness conductors will push you harder!
After a brief health assessment you will be taken through 4 different short sessions. Each session will cover a different element of fitness, and progression through the techniques will be a bit quicker.
The Pain Train is suitable for people with exercise experience. Experience in the specific activities taking place on the day is not required as expert coaching is provided.
Each session will typically run for 30 minutes with short water breaks as and when required.
